All in stock items will usually be processed on the Friday of the week that the order is received. Goods are despatched via Royal Mail post and are sent recorded delivery. Items that need personalisation will take longer to process. You can view your order status by logging into ‘My Account’

For your peace of mind a signature will be required upon delivery. Please note our advisors cannot be held responsible if you are not at the delivery address to accept goods when they are delivered.

Claims will not be accepted for damages or shortages unless they are reported to Glasgow Sands within 2 days of receipt and we request that all customers open packages and check them as soon as possible after receipt. In addition, goods will only be replaced if they are found to be damaged in transit or if a problem has occurred during production.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you may notify us that you wish to cancel your contract before the end of the statutory cancellation period (7 days from the day you receive the goods).You must then return the goods to us in the same condition you received them in and we will provide a full refund.

Exchange Policy for faulty or incorrect goods
We will be happy to exchange products that are damaged or faulty within 30 days from the date of despatch. Obviously it will help us to resolve any issues if you can let us know as soon as the problem becomes evident.
